The DON IT Conference, West Coast 2018 is scheduled to begin next week. Please review important conference details below.
Final program: The DON IT Conference West Coast 2018 final program is now available. Several updates have been made so please review the program for the final schedule. Program booklets will also be available at the conference.
Registration: Pre-registration for the West Coast DON IT events is closed; walk-in registration will be available on-site at the convention center for support contractors and local, non-TAD government attendees only, beginning at 7 AM each day of the conference. The West Coast DON IT events, scheduled for Feb. 6-8, 2018, will be held at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, Ca. Please note that different from past years, the DON IT Conference and registration will be held on the East side of the convention center (close to the Gaslamp Quarter trolley stop and pedestrian crossing).

Obtaining CEUs: For information on sessions that qualify for CEUs, visit:

- For those attending in person, your CEUs will be emailed to you upon completion of a survey that will be sent for the sessions you attended and for which your badge was scanned.
- For remote attendees, send the name of each session attended and the number you used to dial in to Jessica.Pelenberg@bcinow.com to receive a link to the session survey. You will receive your CEUs upon completion of the survey.
Hotel tax exemption forms: Government employees staying at a hotel during the conference should not pay hotel taxes. Please print, fill out, and submit at check-in, the Federal Government Transient Occupancy Tax exemption form, available at: https://www.sandiego.gov/sites/default/files/legacy/treasurer/pdf/exmptreq.pdf .
