DISA: Root Certificate in McAfee certificate chain might need update

Environments that disable certificate auto-update and manually update their certificates need to ensure the primary certificate below is installed. Failure to have this certificate can cause product issues, including reduced detection efficacy due to lack of connectivity to McAfee GTI servers.
