Register Now for the USN - USMC Spectrum Summit East 2019

The USN - USMC Spectrum Summit East 2019 is scheduled for July 9-11, 2019 at the Drexler Manor Bachelors Officers center onboard Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek – Fort Story, located in Norfolk, Virginia. No conference fee will be assessed, but registration is required.

The Summit will have some classified segments in the agenda that will be S//NOFORN. All personnel attending those sessions will need to have a Secret clearance. Interims are acceptable.

The theme of the 2019 Spectrum Summits is the Electromagnetic Battle Space. To enable operational superiority, Spectrum, Electronic Warfare, Signal Intelligence, and Cyber must synchronize to enhance unity of effort. Issues include: How will future electromagnetic spectrum operations change from the way we operate today?

Pre-registration for the USN - USMC Spectrum Summit East 2019 will close June 15 if the TAD limit has not yet been reached. Please register as early as possible at the following link: http://www.doncio.navy.mil/Registration.aspx?id=675236ad50.

A block of rooms has been set aside at the Drexler Manner BOQ. Reservations are required and should be made as soon as possible by calling 757-644-4949 ext. 0. The code for the conference is Group ID #30230103165. Unreserved rooms from this block will be available until June 24.

The spectrum summits are held in fleet concentration areas on the west and east coasts to minimize cross-country travel by participants. Attendees must request approval for travel and attendance from their individual commands. Attendees must use the lowest cost travel options when making reservations. Both the West and East Coast Spectrum Summits were officially approved.
