NAVSEA’s primary goal is Sailor safety, quality of life and ability to perform mission requirements with the latest and most affordable technology.

NAVSEA employs a highly trained, educated, and skilled workforce - from students and entry level employees to experienced professionals and individuals with disabilities. NAVSEA supports today's sophisticated Navy and Marine Corps ships, aircraft, weapon systems and computer systems. It is continuously looking for engineers, scientists, IT and cyber specialists, as well as trade and other support professionals to ensure the U.S. Navy can protect and defend America.

NAVSEA is recruiting in many career fields for entry-level and experienced professionals in engineering, science, logistics, business & finance, human resources, contracts, and cybersecurity. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain / maintain a security clearance.
